It’s not quite summer, but it sure did feel like it for Deana & Khiem’s Butternut Creek Trail engagement session! I don’t think we’re alone when we get excited to get outside and enjoy some sunshine. And what better way to celebrate your engagement, than a nice stroll in one of the town’s prettiest parks? […]

Solas Studios — Wed, 26 Oct 2016 20:23:41 +0000

Lauren and Dan’s Elmwood and Onondaga Parks engagement session was just perfect on a lovely autumn day in Syracuse. Native to Syracuse, Lauren and Dan felt right at home at our first stop in Elmwood Park. With a shortage of rainfall this summer, the water levels in the creek were nice and low so we took […]

Solas Studios — Thu, 18 Aug 2016 14:27:34 +0000

Marina and Matthew’s creekside trash the dress session was hands down one of the most fun sessions we’ve had in all the years we’ve been photographing couples together! These two celebrated their wedding day, just a couple of months ago, with the same fun, laid back style, without the mess. If you missed their wedding […]

Heather + Adam’s Engagement Session at Beaver Lake

Solas Studios — Wed, 22 Jun 2016 14:41:26 +0000

It was the perfect night for an engagement session at Beaver Lake. Sounds kind of like the opening line of a cheesy mystery novel, but rather than being fiction, it’s 100% accurate. Let’s be honest though, Heather and Adam were not completely sold on the idea of even having one at first. And this one, […]

No, you’re not seeing double again! We enjoyed another trip back to Schuyler County for Alexa and Ryan’s engagement session at Watkins Glen!
