The day began with some thunder and rain, but before long, Mother Nature knew she had to cooperate for such an exquisite event!
What a gorgeous day it turned out to be for our lovely couple, Alison and Jordan! Right on the cusp of some seriously hot days, the sun was kind and it was the perfect weather, with a welcome breeze off of the beautiful St. Lawrence River.
Alison and Jordan chose the Antique Boat Museum as the place to exchange their wedding vows and they could not have made a better choice! The Boat Museum, the boats, and the river gave their guests plenty of beautiful things to see when they weren’t looking at them! After the ceremony, with the musical backdrop of harpist Esther Underhay, their reception began right along the river’s edge. They had a wonderful set up under the tent complete with two cakes! One with two “Love Ducks” adorning the top, and the other was a forest scene complete with trees, a river, and a tent with two sleeping campers! Their attention to detail made their reception a wonderful time for all, and the food was great! Thanks to Kirk and Wendy at CNY Select-DJs, they kept the guests movin’ and groovin’ throughout the night.
As the sun set over the river, we sneaked off with the couple to grab some final photos before the night came to a close.
Alison and Jordan ended their evening with a special send-off. The path to their Bentley “get-away” car, was lit with sparklers by their friends and family as they wished them goodbye!
Our sincerest thanks to Alison and Jordan, and mother-of-the bride, Debbie.
It was such a pleasure getting to meet you all, along with your families and special friends, and being a part of such a momentous day!
All the best from us to you, for a long and prosperous lifetime together!
Le gach dea-ghuí,
(With all good wishes)
